Alberta Classroom Survey

Danielle Smith and the UCP government have slashed funding for Alberta classrooms. The UCP cancelled class size reporting to hide the real impact of their cuts on Alberta students.

The UCP has not kept funding up with the increased number of new students. We hear from students, parents and teachers that there are record-high class sizes across every grade. Increased class sizes are hurting students' chances of succeeding and leading to stress and burnout among staff.

We need transparency in Alberta classrooms and the UCP must bring back class size reporting. But until that happens, we're asking students, staff and parents to let us know how large their classroom is and what other cuts are affecting their education.

Please fill out the form below to let us know about your class size or your child's class size to help people better understand what is happening in Alberta classrooms.
